- How to Return the Original ProductStandard logistic returnWhen you ask for the return of ordinary parcels, you need to return them to the logistics station by yourself. For*big-size and heavy products, we will arrange for door-to-door pickup and return (our customer service staff will inform you that we will pick up the original item);You can reply to us with the scheduled pickup time; if you don't respond to it, we will give you schedule time after 1-2 days.* Oversized product: more than 150 cm in length or more than 300 cm in girth.
